Hi Anita, smaller inventory in Centerville for sure but still a buyers market...what I find in your area compared to mine is that the list to sales price is far better where you are...sellers here still insist on overpricing and waiting ....
Anita, Sounds like a good real estate market. Enough for buyers to choose from, and still homes being sold so the sellers hiring a great agent (hint, hint: whose blog post are you reading consumers?? Are you finding this information anywhere else? We don't think so!) and getting it priced right and in good condition will still make it happen.
